Lean meat stewed with medicinal herbs
Overview
The soup made from lean meat is not as thick as that made from bones, but it is less greasy and lighter. I like this kind of stew that I don’t have to stand by the stove. I put the ingredients in, plug in the electricity and set the time. Then I have soup when I get back from work.
