Clean the cuttlefish.

Blanch it in a pot of boiling water for about 20 seconds, remove and drain. (Add a little cooking wine to the boiling water pot)

Slice ginger and garlic, cut onions and green peppers into small pieces, and cut dry red pepper into small pieces.

Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the ginger and garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

Add onion and dry red pepper and stir-fry for a while.

Add green pepper pieces and stir-fry evenly.

Add cooking wine and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the cuttlefish and stir-fry evenly, add salt and a little sugar and stir-fry for a while.

Remove from pan and plate.
