Oil-free barbecued pork
Overview
Sunday, March 30th. The rain stopped, but the sky was still overcast. I have to go to work again tomorrow. I will host a program in the morning and review manuscripts and films in the afternoon. Let’s make the barbecue pork from the refrigerator. It has been marinated for almost 30 hours and is already delicious. Use the microwave oven without adding oil. The texture will be slightly drier. Microwave oven oil-free version of barbecued pork.

Wash and cut the tenderloin into pieces.

One spoonful of barbecued pork sauce, one spoonful of very fresh soy sauce, and two spoons of cooking wine to make the sauce.

Put the tenderloin and sauce into a plastic bag, massage thoroughly, and refrigerate for more than 12 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.

Put the marinated barbecued pork into the microwave and turn on the mixing setting (light wave microwave) for 5 minutes.

Turn over and brush with a layer of remaining barbecued pork sauce and continue mixing (light wave + microwave) for 5 minutes.

Slice and plate.
