Cut the cucumber into strips and sprinkle with plenty of salt and marinate for half an hour

Blend the soup, pour an appropriate amount of soy sauce and white vinegar into the pot, add sugar while heating, let it melt, and then pour it into the cucumber after it cools down.

Cut the scallions into strips. Note here that after the cucumbers are marinated, pour out the water and then pour the soup. Add the scallions at the same time and marinate them together overnight.

Okay, after taking them out, some of them have not yet been marinated. When blending the soup, you can pour a little more so that it can cover the cucumbers. I have no experience here, so some of them are marinated and some are not.
