Red and Green Bean Millet Porridge
Overview
Eat porridge in autumn to nourish yin and moisturize dryness. I don't seem to feel dry either. After days of rain, the air was humid, and finally the clouds opened and the sun rose. However, autumn and winter are always associated with cold and damp weather. Moisturizing is just a legend. I always wonder how to dehumidify. It doesn't matter if it moistens or not, but porridge nourishes the stomach. The hot bowl is thin and soft, and gradually slides into the stomach. The stomach is instantly warmed, and the heat spreads throughout the body. Very comfortable. . . .
