Wash the cuttlefish larvae. Cut in half down the middle.

Boil it in a pot of boiling water for about 20 seconds, remove and drain. (Pour a little cooking wine into the boiling water pot)

Cut the leeks into sections, shred the green onion and ginger, slice the garlic, and cut the dried red pepper into small sections.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add onion, ginger, garlic and dry red pepper and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the cuttlefish and stir-fry for a while.

Add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and a little pepper and stir well.

Add leeks and stir-fry for a while.

Remove from pan and plate.
