This time, I used mashed potatoes, added glutinous rice flour, and filled it with peanut, black sesame and brown sugar fillings. It was crispy and sweet. This is the feeling I wanted. I like it.

Prepare cooked baby potatoes.

Peel and mash with a knife.

Add glutinous rice flour and flour and mix with mashed potatoes. (I use flour and glutinous rice flour 1:1)
