Overview
Sliced meat and stir-fried vegetables is a home-cooked dish that is useless. The simpler the dish that is eaten more often, the more difficult it is to prepare. The green vegetable I chose today is Shanghai green, which has more stems and fewer leaves. The meat is fried with the stems. It is refreshing, juicy and plump. The meat slices are thin and tender.
