-
Choose smaller eels, clean them and put them into an unheated pot.
-
Cover the pot and heat over low heat until the eel stops moving.
-
Pretend to be an immobile eel.
-
After cleaning the pot and pouring an appropriate amount of oil into it, heat it, then pour the eel into the oil pot and fry it.
-
When frying eels, the fire should not be too high to prevent them from scorching. Fry the eel for about 10 minutes until it becomes curled up like normal fried fish. Use chopsticks to separate the eel one by one.
-
This is the fried "Panlong" (after everything is fried, put it into a plate and set aside)
-
Wash appropriate amount of garlic and cut into sections.
-
Pour the garlic into the pot and stir-fry until cooked.
-
Pour in the fried eel, add red pepper, ginger slices, salt, MSG, add a little stock and stir-fry for a while.
