It’s best to use fresh milk. I just make do with milk at home.

Then beat the two eggs, add an appropriate amount of white sugar, stir, and add the baking powder and waffle powder little by little. Stir until smooth and without lumps.

Add the prepared dough to the preheated non-stick pan. You can scoop it with a spoon and spread it into the pan in circles to make it more round.

After frying one side, turn it over and continue frying the other side.
