The large yellow croaker I bought before the Chinese New Year took up a lot of space in the refrigerator. I thought the fish would be unpalatable after being frozen for a long time, but I didn’t expect it to be surprisingly delicious

When the soup comes to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer slowly until the soup is reduced and then reduce the juice over high heat

Be careful when taking the fish out of the pot. Mine accidentally broke. It would be better to sprinkle some chopped coriander
