Stir-fried pork belly with small cress and carrots
Overview
I saw this little cress in the supermarket and decided to buy it and try it. This dish is very tender and can be used after a little washing. Small cress not only has the aroma of celery, but is also fresh and delicious. The little cress is much smaller than the ordinary cress. This is the first time I have seen it. I wanted to buy more, but I didn’t have any more.
