Prepare all materials

Cut all ingredients into small pieces and set aside

Cut the tofu into small cubes and run it through boiling water! (My tofu was stepped on by a baby in the car, so that’s why)

Fry the minced meat in oil, add minced ginger, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine and a little sugar to taste,

Add chopped onions and saute until fragrant

Add diced tomatoes

Add tofu

Do not add water after putting all the ingredients! Tomatoes and tofu are inherently watery. After cooking for a while, a lot of juice will come out. If the juice is a little dry, add salt. If the soy sauce is not enough, you can add some light soy sauce.

Finally, add thinner starch to reduce the juice and serve. I forgot to take a picture of the starch!
