Lentil Noodle Soup
Overview
Exotic soups, different emotions. Among the many soups in local cuisine, my favorite is this lentil noodle soup. It contains beans, vegetables, and noodles, and is rich in nutrients. It is both a soup and a staple food. A variety of flavors, including salty, sour, spicy. The freshness of the broth and the sourness of the tomato sauce are combined with the fragrance of mint and the spiciness of chili pepper. A full bowl, drink in your mouth, warm your heart.

Wash the lentils, add twice as much water and cook (about 20 minutes)

After cooking, drain the water and set aside

Peel and dice onions

Add butter to the pot, add diced onions and sauté until browned

Add tomato paste and fry until cooked

Add broth and bring to a boil

Add short dry noodles

After the noodles are cooked, add various seasonings and lentils
