  4. After the noodles and vegetables are cooked, put them into a bowl and add an appropriate amount of water. The buckwheat noodles I used here have a fragrance of buckwheat.

  5. Dry noodles: After the pot is hot, add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and add the washed chives. Turn to low heat and blanch until fragrant. (Just a slight change in color)
