Cumin grilled wings
Overview
Grilled wings are probably every child's favorite, they can't stop eating them, and my kids are no exception, they can't get enough of them. Doing it at home with your children is hygienic, affordable and fun.

Wash the chicken wings, drain them, and cut them into two pieces for easy flavoring

Add appropriate amount of salt, green onion slices, ginger slices, garlic slices, Sichuan peppercorns, pepper, light soy sauce, oil, and marinate to taste

Put it in the refrigerator to let the flavor infuse. After an hour, remove the seasoning

String them on bamboo sticks one by one

Place on tin foil, brush with a layer of honey, sprinkle with appropriate amount of cumin, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, turn over and bake for another 3 minutes

If you like chili, sprinkle a little chili powder after roasting
