Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash purple potatoes, sweet potatoes and taro separately and steam them
-
Peel each and mash them into a puree, add tapioca flour (bought online), add a little water, and form a dough until it doesn't stick to your hands
-
Roll each into strips, then cut into small sections
-
Boil it until it floats and it's almost done. Take it out and run it under cold water until it becomes chewy and elastic
-
You can add yogurt or diced fruit according to your personal taste. Children may like it more. If you like sweets, you can add sugar when you are still alive. This is my first time making it, so I need to improve on it, but the ingredients are low in calories and won’t make the meaty. A portion sold outside costs tens of dollars, but you can make it yourself for just a few dollars. Have fun doing it.
