First wash the materials and prepare them

Peel the eggplant and cut it into sections, cut the lean meat into small pieces, and chop the chilli padi, onions, ginger, and garlic into small pieces. First put an appropriate amount of oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add the minced chili padi, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the lean meat and stir-fry until the meat changes color, then add the eggplant.

Stir-fry the eggplant for about 10 minutes until it becomes soft, then add salt, oil and soy sauce. Finally, add a little chopped green onion and spread it evenly, then remove from the pan and serve.
