[Cauliflower Sliced Pork] Homestyle Stir-fried As I said, I want to change my cooking habits. Make some classic dishes that go well with meat. Although I really don’t like this, I still have to do it. If you don’t like someone else, you can’t just think about yourself. So, put the cauliflower and meat slices together. I should use pork belly, forget it, eat less fat and use tenderloin.

Material diagram. Tear off the cauliflower florets, wash them, and slice the meat into slices.

Add light soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, ginger powder and marinate the meat evenly. Chop shallots and onions.

Heat the wok without oil and dry-fry the washed cauliflower until half cooked.

Set aside.

Pour a little oil into the wok, sauté some onions and spring onions until fragrant, then add the meat slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the cauliflower that you fried earlier.

Stir-fry evenly, pour in light soy sauce, add salt and a little sugar. It’s out of the pot.
