Soak the vermicelli in water until soft and cut into several sections, mince the ginger (I cut it into slices because my husband doesn’t eat ginger so it’s easier to pick out), mince the garlic and mince it, chop the green onion into small pieces, and prepare the meat filling

Heat a pan with cold oil. When the oil is hot, add minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the meat filling and stir-fry until it changes color, then add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of bean paste, and one spoon of sugar and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of water and vermicelli

When the soup has reduced to a little simmer, add the chopped green onions and stir-fry
