Tomato and fish noodle soup for children ❤️ Nutritious and delicious, appetizing and calcium supplement
Overview
On normal working days, my child’s father goes to work and my eldest son goes to school. We leave early and come back late. Basically, Niuniu and I are at home every day. Her lunch is cooked on a small stove 😂😂 Today I made tomato fish noodle soup for Niu. It is nutritious, calcium supplement and appetizing. The fish is yellow bone fish, with few spines and small size. One piece at a time is very suitable for making a baby meal for one person

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients: clean one yellow-bone fish, peel two tomatoes, appropriate amount of onion and ginger, and a handful of baby noodles.
-
Put a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan, cut the fish, put it in the pan and fry until both sides are brown.
-
Be careful not to flip it immediately after putting it in. Wait until one side is completely colored before flipping it over. The skin will not fall off.
-
Put the fried fish into a casserole, add an appropriate amount of 100°C hot water, add green onions and ginger slices, and simmer over high heat for 6 minutes.
-
Chop the tomatoes, put them in the pot, reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 5 minutes.
-
Take out the fish, onion and ginger, and leave the tomato and fish soup. Add the baby noodles and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add salt and chicken juice to taste one minute before taking it out of the pot.
-
The tomato fish noodle soup is completed. Peel off the fish meat from the yellow bone fish and season it with a little fish oil and sesame oil for the children to eat.
