Donuts
Overview
I have actually wanted to make donuts for a long time, but I have been too lazy to put it off until today. I have bought and eaten it before and it seemed pretty good, but the price is relatively expensive, so I have been thinking about making it myself. In fact, the operation is relatively simple. It is similar to the method of making bread. The bread is baked, while the donuts are fried. The donuts are very delicious freshly fried, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, sweet and delicious, you can't stop eating one or two. Personally, I think it’s more delicious and healthier than the bought ones! However, it is fried food after all, so it is not advisable to eat it in large quantities. It is possible to eat it to satisfy your cravings, hehe.

Put it in the oven for fermentation, and put a bowl of boiling water to increase the humidity, about 30 minutes

Remove the oil from the pan, small bubbles will appear when the chopsticks are put into the pan
-
Put in the fermented donuts and fry them on medium heat, and control the oil temperature to about 180 degrees
-
Fry until golden brown on both sides, take it out and place on absorbent paper to absorb excess fat
-
Sprinkle some powdered sugar to make it more beautiful. It tastes crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and very sweet!
