Soak the lamb chops in water for 2 hours

Put the soaked lamb chops into the pressure cooker, add: ginger, star anise, peppercorns, and high-strength white wine. After the pressure cooker is inflated, press for 15 minutes

Take out the lamb chops, let cool and set aside

Mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and chicken essence until brushed on the lamb chops, marinate for 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 5 minutes, add the lamb chops, and bake for 7 minutes
