  1. Prepare materials. Cut green onions into sections, wash and chop pig trotters into pieces.

  6. Pour in light soy sauce, cooking wine, and water. (Just enough water to cover the pig’s trotters)

  7. Bring to a boil, turn to low heat, and simmer for 1 hour. Finally, reduce the juice over high heat, pour in chicken essence and white pepper and stir.
