-
Pan-fry the eggs and cut them into strips, and cut the other side dishes into strips and prepare them.
-
Wrap the sushi bamboo mat with plastic wrap to prevent rice grains from getting on it and keep the bamboo mat clean!
-
Add a little salt and sesame oil to the rice. You can also add sushi vinegar. I didn't add it to prevent the rice from becoming sour. Stir evenly. Take a piece of seaweed and place it on the bamboo curtain, first spread the rice, then add the side dishes one by one, and roll it up with the bamboo curtain.
-
In this sushi roll, I put meat-flavored soy flour, crushed peanuts and garnishes, and still rolled it into a tube shape with a bamboo curtain.
-
Remove the bamboo sushi curtain, dip a knife in water (to avoid rice sticking to the knife) and cut into pieces.

I made sushi with only vegetables, meat floss, peanuts, and fried eggs... so it was colorful and multi-flavored sushi. Finally, it can be dipped in cherry sauce or hot sauce, or pan-fried! You can eat it however you want, and it can also be used as breakfast the next day!
