Assorted Crab Mushrooms
Overview
Crab-flavored mushrooms and white jade mushrooms are high-quality edible mushrooms. The difference between the two lies in their color. The white jade mushrooms are white, while the crab-flavored mushrooms are gray. There is not much difference in taste after cooking, they are all nutritious ingredients. Cut green peppers, carrots, and ham into strips and set aside.

Remove the stems and wash the crab mushrooms. Boil water in a pot, add crab-flavored mushrooms and blanch for 1 minute. Remove the supercooled water.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onions. Add carrot sticks and stir-fry. Cook in light soy sauce.

Add green pepper.

After stir-frying, add ham sausage.
