Pork trotter bones and winter melon in pot
Overview
I bought a pig trotter that day, and my father picked out the meat, leaving a pile of bones. Really don't know how to do it. Just in the morning, my mother bought a large piece of winter melon. Since the weather was hot, I thought of using it to cook winter melon.

Steps
-
All ingredients. Clean the bones.
-
Blanch again.
-
Put the cleaned pork knuckles into a soup pot, add ginger slices and an appropriate amount of water and start to cook over high heat (put some peanut oil in the pot first).
-
Peel and cut the winter melon into cubes (you can leave it unpeeled if you like).
-
After the bones are simmered for about an hour and a half, add the winter melon (simmer on high heat for the first half hour after the water boils, then turn down the heat).
-
Continue to simmer for another thirty to forty minutes, and finally add an appropriate amount of salt.
