Prepare northern tofu, pork filling and other ingredients.

Add minced onion and ginger, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, sesame oil and other seasonings to the pork filling, stir until slightly thickened and set aside.

Cut the tofu into thick pieces.

Use a small spoon to make a hole on the surface. If you like more meat, dig deeper, but be careful not to break the bottom.

Fill the tofu holes with the marinated meat filling.

Put a little oil in the pan, heat the oil and fry the side with the meat filling over low heat until it is slightly brown,

Fry one side until brown, then flip over and fry the other side. Fry all sides.

Take another bowl, mix a little pepper, a little sugar, starch, oyster sauce, soy sauce and an appropriate amount of water to make a sauce.

Place the fried tofu with the meat filling side up, neatly place it in the pot, and pour in the prepared sauce.
