Cut the tofu skin into cubes (either rectangular or square, depending on your preference)

Cut the cucumber, scallion, and green pepper into shreds, and choose how much to cut according to your preference. Then spread them out on the outside of the plate. (Leave as much space in the middle as possible for the shredded meat at the back)

Cut the pork into strips (not too thick or too thin, otherwise it may break into pieces), add salt, cooking wine, starch, egg white, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat the pot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, add shredded pork and stir-fry until loose, add two spoons of sweet noodle sauce, add salt and MSG to taste before serving.
