Ingredients: red beans, red dates, lotus seeds, carrots, black rice, peanuts, red japonica rice.

Soak red beans and peanuts in water for several hours.

Cut carrots into cubes.

Wash red dates, red japonica rice, lotus seeds and black rice.

Add all the ingredients to the pressure cooker, add 2-3 times the amount of water, and heat it. When the water boils, cover it with a safety valve and press it over medium heat for 20 minutes. Let it cool and then open the lid.
