Taro puree

Overview

Desserts are girls’ favorite. Taro pie is one of my favorites. The fillings inside are super delicious, so I made it myself, so I can eat it all at once... (Haha, only when you are full can you have the energy to lose weight)

Steps

  1. Wash and peel taro

  2. Cut in half.

  3. Cut into pieces and put into steamer

  4. Steam until a toothpick can be inserted through it, about ten minutes

  5. Take it out while it's hot, place it on the chopping board and press it with the back of a knife

  6. Press into puree and set aside

  7. Weigh the sugar,

  8. Take a wok, add half a bowl of water, and then add the weighed sugar

  9. Cook until bubbly

  10. Pour in the taro paste

  11. Stir continuously for a while, then add vegetable oil, then add white sesame seeds
