Steps
-
Wash the pork chops and pat the meat slightly with the back of a knife. Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, shredded ginger and white wine and marinate for half an hour.
-
While the pork chops are marinating, make the applesauce: core and slice the green apples.
-
Melt a small piece of butter in a pot over low heat.
-
Pour in the sliced apples and stir-fry briefly, then add an appropriate amount of white vinegar, honey, sugar, pepper, salt and apple juice (almost enough to cover the apples).
-
Cover the pot, simmer over low heat for 30 minutes (the apples are soft but not rotten), and thicken slightly with water starch. The sauce part is ready. You can sprinkle some black pepper to increase the taste according to your personal taste.
-
Put a little oil in the pan and add the marinated pork chops. Fry over medium-low heat for 2 minutes. Turn over.
-
The pork chops are done when the surface is lightly browned. The whole process should take no more than 5 minutes to prevent the pork chops from becoming old and losing moisture.
-
Remove from the pot and plate, pour the applesauce over the pork chops, and serve with some vegetables, pasta or mashed potatoes according to your preference.
