Fried pork heart with bell pepper
Overview
Pig heart is also a nutritious ingredient, but children don’t eat pig offal very much, so they rarely eat it. They usually stir-fry it with bell peppers, which makes it easier to cook.

Ingredients. Pig hearts can be washed with flour or salt.

Prepare carrot slices, bell pepper slices, ginger, onion and garlic.

Cut the pig heart into thin slices.

Add oil to the pot and saute ginger, onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add the pig heart and a little cooking wine, stir-fry until it changes color and serve.

Add a little oil to the pan, add green pepper slices and carrot slices and stir-fry until soft.
