Rinse the pork bones with hot water.

Cut into chunks.

Cut king oyster mushrooms into thick slices.

First blanch the pork bones in water, then wash off the scum and add an appropriate amount of water to cook for about half an hour.

Heat oil in another wok, add king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until soft.

Add dark soy sauce and stir-fry until coloured.

Pour in the crispy pork bones that have been cooked for about half an hour, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and continue to simmer for about a quarter of an hour.

Season to taste, if the taste is bland, add a little salt and stir-fry evenly.
