Peel off the dry outer skin of the cabbage and rinse it. Tear the cabbage leaves into small pieces directly with your hands (not too small, the size of a child’s palm?)

Cut a few slices of ginger

Put oil in the pot, add ginger slices when the oil is hot, then add cabbage and chili shreds, start to stir-fry, add soy sauce, pepper powder, ginger powder in sequence, add water in small amounts and many times, stir-fry until the cabbage becomes soft, add vinegar, chicken essence, salt according to taste, and serve.
