  1. Add dark soy sauce, cornstarch, and a small amount of raw water to the shredded pork. Add chopped garlic and ginger and marinate for a few minutes.

  2. Cut the green pepper into shreds and set aside.

  3. For pickled mustard, I use salt-reduced pickled mustard, three packs.

  4. Heat the pan with cold oil, put the shredded pork into the pan and stir-fry quickly over high heat, put it into a bowl and set aside.

  5. Pour green pepper into the pot and stir-fry over high heat.
