Shredded pork with green pepper and pickled mustard

Green peppers are high in vitamin C and go well with shredded pork, and even more delicious with mustard. Shredded pork with green pepper and pickled mustard is the perfect supplement for autumn.

Add dark soy sauce, cornstarch, and a small amount of raw water to the shredded pork. Add chopped garlic and ginger and marinate for a few minutes.

Cut the green pepper into shreds and set aside.

For pickled mustard, I use salt-reduced pickled mustard, three packs.

Heat the pan with cold oil, put the shredded pork into the pan and stir-fry quickly over high heat, put it into a bowl and set aside.

Pour green pepper into the pot and stir-fry over high heat.

Add mustard.

Then add the fried shredded pork and stir-fry together.

Transfer to a plate.
