Pork liver soup
Overview
Pork liver is a good blood supplement, but it is not suitable for people with high cholesterol. Pork liver can be stir-fried or braised in sauce. What I prefer is the light pork liver soup.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: pork liver, luffa, green onion

Wash the pork liver and cut into thin slices. Rinse clean with clean water. Add salt and cooking wine and marinate for 5 minutes.

Add starch to the marinated pork liver. Gently stir well to coat.

Add appropriate amount of oil, spread evenly to seal in the water.

Boil water in a pot, add pork liver and blanch until it changes color and take it out. Rinse clean and set aside.

Boil water in a pot and add loofah slices and green onions. After boiling, add salt to taste.

Add reserved pork liver.

After boiling, add MSG to enhance the freshness. Add a few drops of sesame oil and turn off the heat.
