Fish maw steamed egg custard
Overview
I have loved the delicious taste and tender texture of egg custard since I was a child, and I still don’t get tired of eating it. When I was a kid, I made egg custard with no other ingredients, just steamed eggs. Nowadays, when eating egg custard, you should eat it often. Adding a little fish maw when steaming egg custard will not only increase the nutrition of the egg custard, but also have a better taste and texture.
