Cut the butter into cubes and melt it in water, then bring it down to room temperature and set aside.

Sift together cake flour, matcha powder, and baking powder.

Beat eggs and sugar until pale, add milk and lemon juice and stir until smooth.

Add olive oil gradually and stir until smooth.

Add powder, lemon zest and mix well.

Add the melted butter and mix well until the batter becomes thick. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Divide the batter evenly into the mold until it is 80% full, and garnish with blueberry berries.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle rack for about 12-15 minutes.
