Steamed shrimp with garlic vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli in hot water for a quarter of an hour, or cook it in a hot pot, then proceed to step two.

Wash the fresh shrimps, use scissors to open the back and remove the shrimp lines.

Chop the garlic, heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced garlic, stir quickly until the garlic turns slightly yellow, turn off the heat, add seafood soy sauce, sugar, and some oyster sauce.

Add the soaked vermicelli to the shrimp

Pour the seasoned minced garlic on top of the prawns covered with vermicelli.

Steam for 10 minutes and take out.

Sprinkle millet pepper on top, adjust it according to your own spicy level, sprinkle with chives, and pour hot oil over it. Let’s get started!
