Mix flour and yeast, add eggs, pumpkin puree, rice bran oil, salt, and sugar.

Knead into a soft dough and place in a crisper box in the refrigerator to ferment overnight.

Grease the cutting board and shape the dough into a long flat shape without kneading it.

Cut into small pieces.

Overlap the two pieces together and press them in the middle with chopsticks.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot, put chopsticks into the oil, and fry until many bubbles appear. Slightly stretch and twist the fried dough sticks and put them into the oil pan. Use chopsticks to flip them over so that they can expand evenly and quickly when heated.

Fry until golden brown, remove and drain.
