Steps
-
Clean the fresh konjac slightly and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator. (You can also break it into small pieces first. I am not in a hurry to eat it, so I don’t process it anymore)
-
Take out the frozen konjac the next day and wait for it to thaw naturally.
-
Then cut into small slices or strips, rinse briefly and gently squeeze out excess water.
-
Add a little red oil (not too much) to the pot and stir-fry some ginger slices until fragrant.
-
Add spicy sauce and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Pour in the konjac and stir-fry, then add a small amount of water and cook until the water dries up. Final seasoning: add appropriate amount of thirteen spices, chili noodles, pepper noodles, chicken essence and MSG.
-
Finally, put it on the plate and disinfect your phone, and you can enjoy it slowly! "Eat it cold", as the name suggests, means eating it after cooling it down will make it taste better! Have you learned it?
