Overview
The dish of braised kelp with potatoes is a new way to eat kelp. It is cooked with June fresh soy sauce and is very fresh. This dish is great with rice and very nutritious.

Prepare materials.

Slice carrots and potatoes separately.

Cut the kelp into diamond-shaped pieces.

Put oil in a wok and fry potatoes and carrots.
