All ingredients: shelled eggs, pig tongue, chicken feet, chicken wings.

Marinade: star anise, cinnamon and ginger slices.

Put all the marinade ingredients into the pot, add 700 ml of water, 80 ml of light soy sauce, 50 ml of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar and an appropriate amount of salt, and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes until fragrant.

Add all main ingredients.

Cover tightly and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer until all the ingredients are cooked. About 20 to 25 minutes.
