Christmas Gingerbread House
Overview
Christmas is coming. This is my first Christmas since baking. I must make a gingerbread house to celebrate. Santa Claus has bought a big gift. He probably can’t get in the chimney of this hut, so my gift is gone.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the required materials
-
Heat the milk, add brown sugar and honey, stir well
-
Add flour, soda powder, cinnamon powder
-
Add powdered sugar and mix well
-
Heat butter over water to become liquid
-
Pour into the mixture, stir with a spatula first, then use your hands to knead into a ball,
-
Complete the dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator to rest for 1 hour,
-
It is best to sprinkle some flour on the countertop to prevent it from sticking. My dough has been left for a long time, so it is a bit hard and not sticky. I did not add flour. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a long piece about half a centimeter thick. Take out the small house-shaped paper piece you drew before, spread it on the pie crust, and cut it according to the shape.
-
Place in a baking pan and prick some holes with a fork to vent air
-
There are 11 pieces in total
-
I made a large piece of biscuit separately to use as the floor. I also made a few fences
-
Oven 175 degrees, preheat, 175 degrees, upper and lower heat, upper layer, 15--18 minutes, bake a total of three trays, let cool and set aside
-
Use an electric mixer to mix powdered sugar and half of the egg whites evenly
-
Put it into a piping bag
-
Assemble the frame of the hut first, then leave it for 30 minutes while assembling the chimney part,
-
Finally, the whole thing is assembled and decorated
