Braised prawns
Overview
I continued to experiment with arowana rice oil, this time using it for cooking, and made a dish of braised prawns with bright red color. Braised vegetables have relatively high requirements for ingredients. With good oil and good shrimps, it will definitely taste good.

Prepare materials.

Wash the shrimps, devein them from their backs, cut off their whiskers, add cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat it up and fry the onions and ginger over low heat until fragrant.

Take out the fried onion and ginger.

Add the shrimp to the pot and stir-fry until it changes color.

Add sugar and continue to stir-fry.

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of hot water to boil, cover the pot and simmer for about 3 minutes. (The time increases or decreases depending on the size of the shrimp)

Uncover the pot and remove the soup over high heat.

Drain the soup and remove from the pot.
