Place all ingredients in A except butter into bread pan.

Select the "Kneading" program, stir for about fifteen minutes until the dough is smooth, add butter, and continue kneading until a thin film can be pulled out.

Stop kneading and divide the dough into two pieces according to the ratio of 6:4. Mix cocoa powder and water evenly, add to small pieces of dough and knead evenly.

Place in bread bucket and select fermentation program. After the basic fermentation is completed, take out the dough, deflate and divide into 3 even portions, roll into balls, and rest for 15 minutes.

Roll the rested dough into an oval shape
