The hawthorn jam made by my mother, combined with the sponge cake I made, turned into delicious jam sandwiches!

Add egg yolks to sugar and stir.

Add milk and corn oil and stir.

Sift in the flour and mix well.

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar.

Stir in the egg yolk paste three times to combine.

Pour into a baking pan, put in the oven at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Let cool, spread with hawthorn sauce, add the other half, and cut into pieces!
