Beer fish
Overview
After watching a lot of videos about beer fish, I always wanted to make it myself. Today, my mother bought carp again, so I decided to make it. This is a relatively simple recipe, which is actually beer stewed fish. This kind of fish cooked with beer instead of water has no fishy smell, full of aroma, delicious taste, spicy but not spicy, firm and tender meat, and a good taste!

Get the ingredients ready.

Put oil in the pot and heat it to 60% temperature. Add the carp and fry until the fish noodles are golden brown. Add onion, ginger, garlic, and stir-fry the bean paste until red oil appears.
