Raw material picture! There was no fresh mutton in the market, so I bought frozen sliced mutton

Cut green onions with a rolling blade and cut peppers into sections

Sauté the chilies in appropriate amount of oil, then add the mutton slices and stir-fry until soft

Add green onions and a little five-spice powder and stir-fry,
